• Delivery: DPD courier, Omniva parcel machine, Latvian Post
• Pick Up from the stores

Shipping Costs:

• In Latvia, if your purchase is:
• more than 100 EUR - Free of charge
• less than 100 EUR - 5 EUR

• Other European Countries:
• Any delivery – 20 EUR

Delivery Time:

• Latvia: within 3 working days
• Other European Countries: up to 14 working days, depending on courier service terms. The tracking number will be provided by LVX Optica by e-mail upon sending the parcel.

PAYMENT POLICY

Only online pre-payment on the website is available (PayPal).

REFUND POLICY

The purchase can be returned within 14 days from receiving.

Return Cost:

• The shipping cost of the return is covered by client.
• For free of charge return you can bring the goods to LVX Optika on Terbatas street 30, Riga, LV-1010.

Returned goods should be:

• Not used, without any damages
• With the original packaging (including all the additional accessories)
• Accompanied with the returned blank (received with the order)

Money Return:

• The payment will be returned not later than 14 working days from the day LVX receives the goods back.
• The return will be done to the same account the payment was from.
